Senior Lecturer; Member of the Research and Training Council, National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE), Hanoi.

Former Vice Dean, Head of Department, and Director of the Institute of Urban Planning and Architecture, National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE), Hanoi.

Graduated as an Architect from the National University of Civil Engineering in 1978.

Defended doctoral thesis at the Moscow Architectural Institute in 1994.

Appointed Associate Professor in 2004; Professor in 2018.
